Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá (Salted Cod Gomes de Sá Style) is one of the most traditional recipes cooked throughout Good Friday and Easter in Brazil. Our version of this dish consists of salted cod fish confit in extra virgin olive oil, potatoes, onions, hard-boiled eggs, and chopped black olives. All served along with slices of toasted baguette.
